Ingrid Hibbard, LL.B.
President & Chief Executive Officer
Ingrid Hibbard was appointed President and CEO of Pelangio Mines (Pelangio Exploration's predecessor) in 1996. She is a mining and securities lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Previously, she was in private practice having clients ranging from junior explorers to major mining companies such as Noranda Mines and Hemlo Gold Mines. Ms. Hibbard was previously a director of Kirkland Lake Gold.
Donna McLean
Chief Financial Officer
Donna McLean has served as CFO and Controller for numerous publicly traded and private companies, managing financial reporting and controls as well as corporate secretarial admin for established and emerging businesses, operating in a variety of business sectors.
Kevin Thomson, P.Geo.
Senior Vice President Exploration
Mr. Thomson is a senior mining professional with 29 years' experience, including international technical, corporate and project management experience in West Africa and Canada. His experience ranges from project generation and grass-roots exploration to resource development, project assessment and due diligence. Kevin previously resided in Ghana for 12 years, during which time he served as Group Exploration Manager at Perseus Mining Limited and Regional Exploration Manager at Newmont Mining Corp. Kevin holds an Hons. BSc. Geology & Physical Geography from McMaster University, and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (#0191).
Sam Torkornoo, P.Geo.
Vice President Africa
Sam Torkornoo has 22 years of professional experience as a geologist and project manager for a number of multinational exploration companies. Sam has a BSc. in Geological Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana, and an MBA in International Management of Resources and Environment from Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany. Sam is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Ghana Institute of Geoscientists, and the Society of Economic Geologists. Sam is currently the chair of the Exploration Committee of the Ghana Chamber of Mines.
Warren Bates, P.Geo.
Senior Technical Advisor
Warren Bates joined Pelangio Mines in June 2007. During his tenure as senior VP exploration, Mr. bates oversaw all Pelangio's exploration activities in Canada and Ghana, including new project generation. His 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry spans across four continents and he has previously held senior positions at Granges, Vista Gold and St. Andrew Goldfields.
Philip E. Olson, P.Geo.
Advisory Committee
Mr. Olson is a geologist, and former director of Titan Uranium Inc. (formerly Ceduna Capital Corp.) from March 2005 to June 2009 (President and CEO from March 2005 to March 2007; Chairman and CEO from April 2007 to June 2009). Mr. Olson was Vice President Exploration/Corporate Development, Claude Resources Inc. from January 1997 to March 2005 and was a director of Mines/PDX from May 2000 to March 2009 and Detour from January 2007 to June 2010. Mr. Olson has an MSc from the University of Manitoba and a BSc from the University of Saskatchewan.
Laurie Clark

Laurie Clark is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully started, built and sold three companies. She has over nine years of experience as an Independent Corporate Director; is now qualified as a Certified Director International (CDI.D); and, is the Board Chair of a not-for-profit that has grown from a national to an international brand under her stewardship. She has served on compensation, audit, and nomination & governance committees for public companies, including being Chair of the Compensation Committee for Belzberg Technologies Inc., and Frontline Technologies Corp. Ms. Clark is a member of both the TMX Advisory Council and Co-Chair of the Canadian Capital Markets Association Communication Committee. Fluent in English, Italian, French and Spanish, Ms. Clark is often asked to speak at conferences around the world as a motivational or expert speaker on Finance and Technology. In 2017 Ms. Clark was awarded the “Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada”. She has over 20 years of capital markets experience and more than $7 billion in direct budget oversight across Technology, Finance, Banking, Trading, Operations, Wealth Management, Start-Up/Sale, Joint Ventures, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
David Paxton

Mr. Paxton brings over 30 years of combined experience in the mining industry and capital markets. Mr. Paxton currently serves on the boards of two companies in the natural resource sector and has had extensive exposure to financial markets. David has recently held positions as Chief Executive Officer of Vatukoula Gold Mines, a publically listed gold mining company with operations in Fiji, and Chief Executive Officer of Sumin Resources, a private gold exploration company operating in Suriname, South America. Mr. Paxton is a mining engineer and holds a South African Mine Managers Certificate. David has gained vast experience in overseeing mining operations during his involvement in the South African and international mining industry. David's cumulative experience as a Senior Mining Analyst for a Hichens Harrison & Co. PLC, and other significant roles at Union Capital Markets, Sectram Limited PLC, C.M. Oliver (UK) Ltd, Yorkton Securities Inc., and Ed Hern, Rudolf Inc., has proven successful to numerous financings for junior mining companies, both Canadian and United Kingdom based. David is currently a non-executive director of Kalahari Copper Ltd.
Tony Makuch, P. Eng

Mr. Makuch is a professional engineer with over 35 years of significant industry and leadership experience and is well positioned to support the Company’s strategy in his advisory committee role with Pelangio Exploration Inc. Mr. Makuch was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd., a leading senior global gold company with operations in Ontario and Australia.
