John Clarke is a mining executive with more than four decades of international experience spanning metallurgy, mine operations, exploration, project development and corporate leadership. He held a series of senior management and executive roles with Ashanti Goldfields, where he helped build the company’s Africa-wide exploration portfolio, before serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. from 1997 to 2009. During his career, Mr. Clarke has been involved in the discovery, development and operation of major gold and base metal projects across Africa

Ingrid Hibbard was appointed President and CEO of Pelangio Mines (Pelangio Exploration’s predecessor) in 1996. She is a mining and securities lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Previously, she was in private practice having clients ranging from junior explorers to major mining companies such as Noranda Mines and Hemlo Gold Mines. Ms. Hibbard was previously a director of Kirkland Lake Gold.

Mr. Jones is a seasoned executive with a unique blend of expertise in capital markets and mining consulting. With nearly three decades of experience, he has developed a robust understanding of the financial mechanisms that drive market success and the operational intricacies essential to mining consulting.  Mr. Jones has been involved in multiple turnaround mining projects.

Mr. St-Amour is a bilingual investment banker and corporate executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and managing corporate relationships. J.C. is a Chartered Financial Analyst with strengths and expertise in in capital markets, financial and investment analysis, asset valuation, due diligence, and managing financing and M&A processes, particularly where they apply to the resource sector. During his career, J.C. has held the roles of Director, Investment Banking and member of the Executive Committee with Fraser Mackenzie Limited; Vice President, Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc.; Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at Defiance Mining Corporation and Vice President, Corporate Development at Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd.
